QMX-E1/FO-S is designed for 4/8 E1 and 100M Ethernet transmission over fiber-optic cable.
Data and voice channels are transmitted in standard SDH containers VC-4 that allows to use multiplexer not only in “point to point” applications but also in direct connections to SDH multiplexers. This allows connecting remote sites using existing SDH network.
Data is transmitted in STM-1 at wire-speed 100Mbps in full-duplex mode. It is possible to use single fiber of two fibers for transmission by installing the appropriate SFP module.
QMX-E1/FO-S supports remote monitoring and management, and centralized control by FNMS system.
